You require greater storage density, your orders are complex and varied. Turnaround times are not critical, however you require immediate access to all products. Space in your facility is at a premium, so you’re keen to get the most from what you’ve got

Our solution:

Narrow aisle racking, as the name suggests, makes optimal use of floor area and roof height. Direct access to every pallet is achieved. The system is serviced by special forklift trucks. Operating cabins may be elevating or static.

Pick it by hand.

The system is served by forklifts with elevating operator cabins. The operator hand picks.

Incorporate a range of accessories.

Pick it by pallet.

The system is served by a turret or swing reach forklift. The mast of the fork head rotates either left or right as required. Forklifts often service multiple aisles.

The forklift is guided within the operational aisles by wire guides. Therefore the risk of rack damage is minimised, resulting in lower maintenance.
